Dr. Brandt: A Variety of Services
We have used Dr Nancy Brandt for the canine members of the family for the last three years and highly recommend her and the various holistic modalities she uses.
She is very caring, gentle and understanding of our pets’ needs and also those of their human caretakers. We particularly like, and believe it has benefited our pets, that not only is western medicine an option, but so are chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathic, Chinese herbs, flower remedies and essential oils. And, one or all options were used at one time or another with our rescued dog that had been hit by a car and underwent some major surgeries. And, both dogs seem to thrive on their raw food diet!
We would not hesitate to follow Dr. Nancy’s recommendations for our pets’ care and look forward to a long, happy relationship with her.
Sincerely, Peggy Kronenberger
Charlie's Story
My Charlie was hit by a car at the age of two. It didn't even knock him down and he just kept running. Little did I know that later on it would cause debilitating problems.
One morning I woke up and found that Charlie could only move his eyes. I took him to a regular vet. He spent 3 days there with no improvement, and they wanted to operate, on what they weren't quiet sure.
I called my chiropractor and he suggested a natural path vet whom I called. She couldn't get him in immediately but suggested Nancy.
Nancy put his bones in place, gave him acupuncture treatments, trigger point therapy, and lots of herbs to strengthen his nervous system and muscles.
I was able to enjoy 5 more years with my baby dog. Just last week he got very sick and Dear Nancy had to help ease the pain. I loved him so.
I wish I new then what I know now. Charlie would not have had to suffer at all. Now all my pets get spine adjustments.
Thank you so much Nancy, Sandi Lund
#1 Flyball Racing Team
As owner and main trainer of the #1 Flyball team in North America it’s my job to make sure the team dogs are in top condition. Although exciting and fun Flyball can be strenuous on the dogs so when I heard about Dr Brant of the Natural Care Institute I decided to give her a try. I found that through monthly chiropractic adjustments we have prevented injuries and the dogs are maintaining their overall health, which is crucial to their performance. Our dogs are now running faster than ever because they feel good and in fact the team is now only .10 off the world record. Thank you Dr. Brandt for helping to keep our dogs healthy and feeling good.

“Image,” my Border Collie, was having problems catching the ball from the Flyball box. We took her to Dr. Brandt for an adjustment and learned that she has rib-heads. After two visits with Dr. Brandt, Image’s bobbling was gone. Now with monthly adjustments Image doesn’t bobble anymore.

“Kairo”, my German Short-haired Pointer, had recurring seizures for years before we started monthly chiropractic visits with Dr. Brandt. He hasn’t had one seizure in the past two years since having the adjustments and because of Dr Brandt he doesn’t have to take any medication for the condition.

My Australian Cattle Dog “Wiley” also had regular seizures. After having her adjusted regularly by Dr. Brandt, Wiley’s seizures were cut back from several per year to one or two a year at most. We are very pleased with Wiley’s improvement and Thanks to Dr. Brandt medication is not required.

My 14-year-old Terrier Mix, “Idgie,” could barely walk and bare weight on his right hind leg. The muscles in his leg had atrophied and he was quite a mess. Within four adjustments, he was walking on all four legs again. If you could’ve seen him before Dr. Brandt’s adjustments, you would never believe it is the same dog now-- he is now running and jumping and acting like a youngster. It is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen. Thank you Dr Brandt!

“Indy” my 15-year-old Dalmatian developed disc problems as he aged and his back-end started to go. It became very difficult for him to walk and hold himself up. Dr. Brandt was able to improve the mobility in his rear after just a few adjustments--- this greatly improved his quality of life. Sadly, Indy is no longer with us, but I believe that the adjustments Dr Brandt gave him extended his life by at least six months to a year since he was able to be mobile.
